2-4 weeks after the Wedding date. Number of Copies and Format(s): 2 x HD DVD copies of highlights trailer and feature film. 1 x USB of highlights trailer and feature film (photographs included if package selected)

Miscellany

I Agree that all or part of my video and photographs may be used by Rigel Creative Media for promotional purposes, Including Rigel Creative Media website and Facebook page.

Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is payable to secure the date of your wedding. In the event that more than one client wishes to book our services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to make a deposit payment. The remaining balance must be cleared 12 weeks before your wedding date.

Reschedule

Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with an existing booking.

Rigel Creative Media will be the exclusive wedding videographers and/or photographers.

It is the clients responsibility to secure access to all areas for videography and/or photography. The Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Rigel Creative Media to photograph/video each event, public or private.

The Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions.

Rigel Creative Media will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. It is the clients responsibility to inform Rigel Creative Media of all timings and locations for the wedding day, if timings are changed it is the clients responsibility to inform Rigel Creative Media of updated timings.

Rigel Creative Media will not be responsible for coverage lost due to timing changes. All creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Rigel Creative Media, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Company’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style.

Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos or videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria as they are familiar with the artistic style of Rigel Creative Media.

The client has critically viewed samples of Rigel Creative Media videography and/or photography work and hereby grants full editorial and production control to Rigel Creative Media for all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event.

In the event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited master tape, it is at the sole discretion of Rigel Creative Media as the exclusive producer of the events videography and /or photography.

Changes requested to the final video or photographs after delivery to client are charged at a rate of £ 90 Per Hour with a minimum of 2 hours charged.

Rigel Creative Media will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. Bad weather, accidents, interference from guests etc.

Rigel Creative Media reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health, in this event 50% monies already paid to Rigel Creative Media will be refunded.

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Rigel Creative Media of any technical or other problems with their product within 7 days of receipt.

We will re-issue a copy of the video in .mp4 format

After the 7 day period, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed satisfied with the product.
